Which photo works best?
One good photo of the two of you together. You can also upload one photo of each outfit so we match it. You upload your photo after checkout.
Do the people in the photo need to agree?
Yes. When you create your account, you confirm that everyone in your photos has agreed. Your photos are used only to make your topper. We never use them to train AI. Email privacy@conjure.wedding and we will delete your photos.
Which styles are there?
After you upload, you see previews of the two of you in every style we make. Pick the one you like. You can change the style until you approve the design.
What sizes are there?
12 heights, from 2.5 in to 8 in tall, in half-inch steps. Pick the height that fits your top tier.
What is the difference between Single-Color and Full-Color?
Single-Color prints the whole topper in one color, with the full detail of the sculpt. Full-Color prints faces and outfits in their own colors. Full-Color costs more.
What is it made of?
Different polymers, chosen for great colors and long-term stability. You can pick a matte or glossy finish. Glossy Full-Color looks a lot like porcelain.
How long does delivery take?
We start making your topper when you approve the design. Standard delivery is free. It arrives 8 to 21 business days after you approve. Express arrives 6 to 14 business days after you approve. It costs extra. We ship to the US.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, until you approve the design. Email support@conjure.wedding and we refund that topper in full to the card that paid. A refund is not instant. After you approve, our return and refund policy applies.
Can I give a topper as a gift?
Yes. Tick "This is a gift" before you pay. We email them a gift link on the day you pick. They upload their photo and design the topper.
What does "Paid" mean in the app?
Your size and color are already paid for. In the app they show "Paid" and stay fixed while you design. You add the delivery address when you approve. There is nothing more to pay.
How is the fixed price different from designing first?
The fixed price depends on size and color, and you pay it before you design. If you design first, the price comes from how much material your topper uses. You see it at the end and pay only if you order.
