Hispanic wedding cake topper

Ready-made toppers sell skin tone as a preset. A listing names a light, medium or "Hispanic" bride, and you pick the closest one.

But Hispanic is not one look. Pew Research notes that Hispanics can be of any race. On wedding forums, couples found the stock figures too light for one of them, or too dark and olive for the other.

Many couples search for a pair that matches them, like a Hispanic groom and a white bride. A shop may stock only one mixed pair. A figure made from your photo keeps each of you as you look in it.

Skin tones show only in Full-Color. Single-Color prints the whole figure in one color.

Many couples share a lazo after the vows. It is a cord, a large rosary, beads or a ribbon, placed over both of you in a figure-eight. A mantilla is a lace-trimmed veil some brides wear.

The topper shows the lazo when your photo shows it. We take a veil off the photo of the two of you, so send the mantilla in her outfit photo. Customs differ from country to country, so show the ones from your own day.

Our upload page has 3 areas. The photo of the two of you goes in the middle. We build your topper from it. If you want the lazo, it has to be easy to see in this photo.

Each side takes one outfit photo, one per partner, worn or on a hanger. Use them only to change what that person wears. Check your photo before you upload:

• Side by side, facing the camera.
• Both of you head to toe in a sharp photo, with room around you.

Will the lazo stay if we pick another pose?

Maybe not. A new pose can drop the lazo. If it matters, keep your own pose and check the preview.

Can it say "Sr. y Sra."?

No. We make figures of the two of you. A "Sr. y Sra." sign can stand next to them.

Can it show a charro suit or other Mexican wedding clothes?

Yes, if the clothes are in your photo or in an outfit photo. We cannot promise the sombrero.

What if the topper we get does not look like our photo?

Tell us within 30 days of delivery. We remake it or refund you.
